Steven J. DiPasquale, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. DiPasquale has held a number of senior management positions beginning with approximately 10 years of service as a Senior Manager with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He possesses significant international experience and prior to joining Sourcingpartner was responsible for the financial activities of a $2 billion dollar international division of The Associates. He has also served as the Treasurer and Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer of Nu-Kote International, an office products manufacturer. Mr. DiPasquale has extensive experience in operating management as well as mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. Mr. DiPasquale is a Certified Public Accountant.

Philip J. Leckinger, Chief Operating Officer

 

Mr. Leckinger has held numerous senior sales and marketing positions in the office products industry over the last 18 years. Prior to joining Sourcingpartner Mr. Leckinger was Vice President - Sales and Marketing of Curtis Computer Products, a division of Esselte. Mr. Leckinger was also the Vice President of Sales for Quartet Manufacturing. He has been responsible for the overall integration of a number of acquisitions and maintains strong industry wide contacts. Mr. Leckinger has been successful in developing a variety of distribution channels in North America and Europe.
